Supervision to Ensure the Quality of Welding Works
In accordance with the requirements of the DIN ISO 14731 standard, engineers for welding works at the company MTD BIO, d. o. o., maintain supervision to ensure the quality of welding works:
- inspection of welds in accordance with the contractual demands of the clients
- quality control before, during and after welding works
- control of material capability for welding and designation of materials
- compliance verification of welding procedures
- certification of welding equipment
- verification of the use of the approved tools and equipment for welding
- certification of welding procedures – WPAR (PQR) tests
- evaluation of the welding results
- documentation of welding procedures
- preparation and monitoring of welders – aptitude test
- risk assessment and implementation of preventive/corrective measures
In the company MTD BIO, d. o. o., adequately trained personnel carries-out welding works on steel structures:
- European/international B level welding specialist at least in accordance with DVS-EWF 1171
- European/international C level welding technician at least in accordance with DVS-EWF 1172
- European/international D or E level welding engineer at least in accordance with DVS-EWF 1173
Schweißarbeiten an Druckbehältern im Einklang mit dem DIN EN 13445, Teil 6/1, Standard werden von folgendem Fachpersonal durchgeführt:
- erfahrenen Schweißingenieuren, Stufe B oder EWE oder EWT
- erfahrenen Schweißingenieuren, Stufe C EWE, EWT oder EWT
- Schweißingenieuren, Stufe D EWE, EWT oder EMS
